Harrassment Policy
Under B.C. law, employers must implement procedures for responding to reports or incidents of bullying and harassment. The procedures must ensure a reasonable response to the report or incident and aim to fully address the incident and ensure that bullying and harassment is prevented or minimized in the future. This policy is designed to help you meet those requirements.
Personal Information Policy
BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). PIPA, sets out the ground rules for how B.C. businesses and not-for-profit organizations may collect, use and disclose personal information. In order to meet your obligations under the legislation, it's important to have a collect on how and why you collect and use personal information. This template has been developed by the government to help you come up with your own policy.
