If we are billing hourly, we endeavour to provide an estimate or a cap on our fee. Aimee's hourly rate is $300 an hour. Paralegal time is $100 an hour.
Consultations
We offer a free 15 minute scheduled call for general information, not specific to your situation.
We offer an initial consultation of approximately 1 hour, specific to your situation, for $350.
Real Estate
Flat fees of $1,500 added to the fees below for a private deal (no realtors).
Starting at $500 for a real estate purchase.
Starting at $600 for a mortgage registration.
Starting at $500 for a real estate sale.
Starting at $200 for each mortgage or payout arising from a real estate sale or mortgage refinance.
Wills & Estate Planning
Starting at $500 for a single will, $900 for a couple.
Starting at $1,000 for a will, power of attorney, and representation agreement for a single, $1,500 for a couple.
Business
Starting at $850 for an incorporation.
Starting at $1,500 for a partnership/shareholders’ agreement.
Starting at $1,000 for a "recyclable" contract that you use repeatedly in your business.
Family
Generally, $350 for an initial consultation, hourly billing with an estimate or cap thereafter.
Starting at $1,000 for a divorce if a separation agreement has already been finalized.
Starting at $1,000 for a marriage, cohabitation, or pre-nupital agreement.
